At SigmaVizin we design and manufacture innovative mobile accessories and electronics products in an OEM/ODM environment. We are scaling fast and looking for senior leaders to drive R&D, Sales, and Tool room operations.

Lead new product development, prototyping, testing and technical innovation for mobile accessories and electronics products in an OEM/ODM environment.

What You'll Do

Lead new product development and improvement of existing products
Manage prototyping, trials, testing and product validation
Coordinate with production, sales, marketing and quality teams
Handle customer visits, RFP reviews and technical presentations
Manage vendor coordination and online/offline PDI activities

What We're Looking For

B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related
Strong experience in Electronics / Mobile Accessories product development
Knowledge of OEM/ODM manufacturing and product testing
Team handling, project management and leadership skills

What You'll Do

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
Lead, motivate and manage sales team performance
Identify new business opportunities and market expansion plans
Build relationships with key customers, distributors and clients
Monitor forecasting, budgeting and revenue growth

What We're Looking For

MBA / Graduate in Sales, Marketing or Business Management preferred
Strong experience in B2B Sales and Business Development
Good understanding of OEM/ODM business model
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills

Tool Room Incharge

Manage mold maintenance, tooling activities, machine upkeep and tool room operations for our data cable and electronics manufacturing lines.

Full-time5–8 Years₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month

What You'll Do

Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of molds, dies and jigs
Coordinate with design team for new mold development
Supervise toolmakers, machinists and technicians
Manage maintenance and calibration of CNC, EDM, grinder and milling machines
Implement SOPs, mold checklists, safety procedures and 5S standards

What We're Looking For

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Tool Engineering
5–8 years in Tool Room / Mold Maintenance
Knowledge of molds, dies, CNC, EDM and maintenance activities
Experience in Data Cable or Electronics Manufacturing preferred
